Culinary Salon Dinner with Mark Hix
Celebrating 50 years, Ulster University Business School in partnership with the Oxford Cultural Collective and supported by the Savoy Educational Trust will host Mark Hix at the Academy Restaurant in Belfast as the Culinary Salon series continues
We are delighted to announce the next event in our Culinary Salon series, featuring the extraordinary Mark Hix, on Tuesday, 4th March.
Celebrated chef, restaurateur, and food writer Mark Hix is known for his original take on British gastronomy and deep knowledge of ingredient provenance. An award-winning author with 12 cookbooks, he writes a weekly recipe column for The Telegraph Magazine and contributes to Dorset Magazine and Marshwood Vale. Mark received an MBE in 2017 for his services to hospitality.
This special evening will showcase Mark's unique culinary storytelling through a thoughtfully curated menu, offering an unforgettable dining experience.
